Answers to the questions OEM and procurement teams ask us most often.

Standard SKUs start at 50 units. Full-custom ODM starts at 100 units. Prototype samples are handled case-by-case.
In-stock items: 7–14 business days from order. OEM mass production: 30–45 days after spec sign-off. Split delivery from in-Japan warehousing is available. Spec changes turn around within one week.
From light OEM (logo printing, packaging refresh) all the way to full-custom ODM (custom enclosure tooling, PCB design, firmware). MOQ, lead time, and tooling cost share are quoted per project scope.
Core LiFePO4 batteries are KC 62619 certified. Depending on application: UN38.3 (lithium air-transport DG), IEC 62133, CE, RoHS — already certified or available on request. Per-SKU certification list is disclosed after NDA.
Manufacturing-related defects within 12 months of shipment are replaced free of charge. QLink-equipped products allow remote-log first-line diagnosis, eliminating site visits. For critical defects, we ship replacement units on priority.
Standard samples are paid (shipping not included), with sample cost credited against the first mass-production order. Schematics, BOM, and technical drawings are released after NDA.
First-time orders: 30% T/T deposit, 70% before shipment. Repeat customers: credit terms available. We also accept L/C. Settlement currencies: USD / JPY / KRW.
FOB Busan / Incheon and CIF Yokohama / Kobe / Tokyo are supported. We work with forwarders licensed for lithium-battery dangerous-goods transport. Split delivery from in-Japan warehousing is also available.
JIS-compliant individual labels, moisture-proof crating, and palletizing spec are all customizable. We support your branded outer-carton printing, serial-number control, and QR-code labeling. All packaging is qualified to IEC 62133 transport tests (vibration, drop) by default.
No. OEM contracts include a no-third-party-resale clause as standard. SKUs developed under your brand, with your tooling and your markings, stay within your channel — never grey-market. This is a baseline commitment of YILU OEM service.
