Your unique design, features, and brand elements belong to you. Our shared BMS, board technology, and production know-how belong to us. The boundary is documented contractually for each project.
Same market, same category, same channel — we explicitly refuse competing OEM in the contract. We will not undercut the market you've built.
Tooling for your exclusive design is on your account, with reduction tied to production volume. Common-design tooling is on us.
Outer carton, color box, manuals (multi-language), and accessory lists — all customizable with your branding. You provide design data, we handle printing.
Standard MOQ starts at 100 units. Prototypes (1-3 units) are exempt from MOQ and quoted as a separate prototyping fee.
